Job summary

Sevita in Indiana is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist individuals with personal care and help them participate in everyday activities.

You will support participants with developmental goals, follow care plans, and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and reliable teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and follow individualized plans to support participants in daily activities.
