Job summary

Sevita is seeking caring individuals to assist people with personal care, budgeting, exercise, and community participation. You’ll build meaningful relationships with participants and gain trusted ownership from leaders while supporting individuals to live well.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, at least six months in human services, strong communication and teamwork, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to patient, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
