Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You’ll assist with personal hygiene, help participants pursue goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and build real relationships with those you serve.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, time-management, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build real, meaningful relationships and support community participation.
• Maintain safety and report changes to supervisors.
