Job summary

Yachad seeks a dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide direct care and vocational training to adults with developmental disabilities in a day program setting in Baltimore. The role focuses on guiding individuals toward their personal goals through one-on-one and group activities.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with individuals as well as lead group sessions.
• Job coaching at training and various work sites.
• Monitor individuals’ goals and progress.
• Provide social skills training in individual and group settings.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Create and implement group activities.
• Support individuals in different community settings.
• Support individuals with varying capabilities.
