Rudolph Community & Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Crisis Interventionist) to provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with mental health, behavioral, and developmental needs in a new crisis home in Carver area.

Requires at least three years of direct care experience; crisis homes or behavioral support background preferred. Earn $19–$22/hour with retention and referral bonuses and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of direct care experience required
• Experience in crisis homes, behavioral support programs, mental health settings or similar high-needs environments preferred
• Ability to support individuals with personal cares, including bathing and grooming
• Ability to write narratives in grammatically correct sentences in English
• Communication skills adequate to relay information in English
• Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory record
• Maintains Vehicle insurance
• Knowledge of person-centered thinking and planning

Responsibilities

• Administers medication
• Maintains home and needs of client by cooking, cleaning, etc.
• De-escalate interfering behavior
• Participates in activities and social experiences within the community with individuals

• Support personal hygiene and grooming, including bathing and toileting

Job Description:

At Rudolph Community & Care, we proudly embrace the term Crisis Interventionist due to the specialized nature of our work and the individuals we serve. As a Direct Support Professional (Crisis Interventionist), you will provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with mental health, behavioral, and developmental support needs.

This position is being hired in anticipation of a new crisis home opening soon in the Carver area. We are seeking experienced direct care professionals who are comfortable supporting individuals through crisis situations, implementing de-escalation strategies, and promoting safety, stability, and independence.

Candidates should have at least three years of direct care experience. Experience working in crisis homes, behavioral support programs, mental health settings, or similar high-needs environments is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides direct care to person-served
