Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain SCIP and Adult CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. at least five times per hour.
• Available to work scheduled days, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administers medication according to OPWDD AMAP certification.
• Guides and teaches self-care routines to the consumer.
• Maintains the kitchen according to IGHL sanitary standards.
• Cleans bathrooms and common areas regularly.
• Prepares meals based on dietary needs.
