Qualifications
At least 3 months of hands-on caregiving or related experience.
Experience in personal care, healthcare, or a similar field preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
Ability to pass required background checks.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Support mobility needs (including wheelchair transfers when needed).
Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
Offer reminders for medications and daily routines (per care plan).
Observe and report any changes in health or well-being.
Communicate updates with families and care teams.
Follow each client's Individual Support Plan (ISP).
