Job summary

Source of Hope is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals in their homes and communities in Arizona. We welcome dependable caregivers who want meaningful work and real impact, with opportunities for full-time or part-time hours.

You'll help with personal care, meals, routines, light housekeeping, mobility support, transportation to appointments, and medication reminders per care plan. Background checks required; driver's license may be needed. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ months caregiving or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with meals, routines, and light housekeeping.
• Support mobility needs and transfers if needed.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan.
• Monitor well-being and report updates to the team.
• Follow individualized care plans.
