Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least six months in human services or care and possess strong communication, adaptability, and time-management skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are a plus.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Encourage participation in community activities and set goals with participants.
• Communicate clearly with participants, families, and supervisors.
