Job summary

Alternative Services – Oregon, Inc. (ASI-OR) is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for swing shifts in NE & SE Portland.

You will empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives through compassionate, person-centered care. Qualifications

• Compassion and patience to support individuals with IDD in daily activities.
• Effective Communication with team, clients, and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive care setting.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in the community with activities, walks, shopping, and outings.
• Assist with daily living skills including cooking, personal care, and household tasks.
