You will support daily living, transportation, and social activities under supervision, while maintaining documentation, upholding rights, and ensuring safety and confidentiality in a compassionate, person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings (criminal background, registry checks, drug test).
• Ability to follow regulatory guidelines and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for individuals' rights and support community integration.
• Assist with personal care, meal prep, transportation, and daily living activities.
• Facilitate participation in work, recreation, and social events.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Support medication administration per state laws.
• Ensure confidentiality and ethical care standards.
• Observe safety and health needs; report concerns.
