Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of HIPAA laws to safeguard confidential medical and personal records.
• Experience with documenting in Therap database is preferred.
• Ability to write descriptive notes addressing interventions and responses.
• Working knowledge of signs and symptoms of common illnesses.
