Job summary

Hope Human Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional / Caregiver to help improve the lives of the individuals we support. The role includes teaching, coaching, and facilitating community outings, with paid training and weekend shifts available.

Wage ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour for various full-time positions. Health and non-medical benefits are provided, along with promotional opportunities and PTO.

Qualifications

• Be able to demonstrate basic computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and three years of licensed driving experience.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a background check through DSHS.
• Be available to work at least one weekend shift a week.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and coaching individuals according to habilitation plans.
• Assisting with or providing basic living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene & medication.
• Providing supervision & engagement.
• Facilitating community outings.
