Champaign Residential Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals in a home-like setting in Paulding County. You’ll help with daily activities, plan outings, and support clients in maintaining independence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in daily living and personal care in a home setting.
• Plan and participate in community and recreational activities (shopping, bowling, movies).
• Support clients to maintain independence and self-reliance.
• Document observations and outcomes as part of care plans.
• Provide transportation or accompany clients as needed.
