Firefly Supported Living & Employment Services in El Dorado Springs, Missouri is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (Caregiver) for part-time shifts. You will help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and communities, promote independence, and support daily living activities, with paid training provided.

No experience required; strong communication, reliability, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Help developmentally disabled clients in homes and communities.
• Provide transportation to appointments and shopping.
• Teach independent living skills like cooking, cleaning and budgeting.
• Write notes about client progress and achievements.
• Communicate progress with clients, families, and staff.
• Attend ISP meetings and training sessions.
