Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Monroe County, PA. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavior support while helping clients live independently.

The role offers paid onboarding and ongoing training in a mission-driven team environment. Starting pay ranges from $23/hour for non-acuity to $33/hour for acuity, plus a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments when averaging 20+

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal, driving, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.
• Lifting may be required depending on client needs.

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence. Being a DSP is a rewarding experience – you will genuinely make a difference in somebody’s life. Responsibilities will include:

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
• Lifting may be required, depending on client needs

Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required – we provide paid training and support

Pay & Signing Bonus

Starting Pay: $23/hour for non-acuity; $33/hour for acuity

$1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
