Job summary

Abound Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Bellefonte, PA to provide compassionate caregiving and daily living assistance to individuals with IDD. You will help with ADLs, community involvement, and behavioral support while promoting independent living.

We offer paid onboarding, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement. Prior experience is not required as paid training is provided to support clients and families effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $20-25/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus – Bellefonte, Pennsylvania

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

What You’ll Do

• Lifting may be required, depending on client needs

Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required – we provide paid training and support.

Pay & Signing Bonus

Starting Pay: $20-25/hr

$1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
