Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. DSPs assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support, helping clients live independently.

We offer paid training and opportunities to advance within a mission-driven organization. Starting pay ranges from $20-$25 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments when averaging 20+ hours/week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.

Responsibilities

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $20-25/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus – Bellefonte, Pennsylvania

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

What You’ll Do
