Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred (DSP, CNA, PCA, RBT, Med Tech, Caregiver).
• Valid driver’s license and Social Security number.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living skills and personal care.
• Support activities and community outings.
• Document daily notes and communicate with team members.
• Follow safety and agency policies.
