Resources for Human Development is hiring Direct Support Professionals for the Todi’s Place of Hope program in Lansdale, PA. You will support adults experiencing homelessness with daily living, life skills, and housing pursuits in a trauma-informed environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and complete required documentation in English.
• Basic computer and internet skills, including email and timekeeping systems.
• Ability to pass applicable employment screenings and clearances.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered support to adults experiencing homelessness.
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, welcoming environment for individuals in the program.
• Assist with activities of daily living and practical life skills to promote independence.
• Collaborate with caseworkers and program staff to support permanent housing goals.
• Help individuals access community resources, appointments, and benefits.
• Provide transportation to individuals when required.
• Follow trauma-informed care approaches in all interactions.
• Complete required program documentation accurately and timely.
