Job summary

ARISE CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICE INC in Locke, NY is seeking a per diem caregiver to assist with transportation, meal prep, and personal care for a nonverbal adult. The role includes supporting daily activities and following guidance from family and agency supervisors. Weekend availability is preferred, with up to 27 hours per week and a pay rate of $22.25/hr plus $17/hr training.

Required: valid NY driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and strong communication. Online training is mandatory.
