Job summary

Grow Developmental Disability Solutions in Oregon is seeking a Direct Support Worker to assist children and adults with ID/DD in daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals. You will work one-on-one with clients, follow care plans, and help families achieve meaningful outcomes.

We offer a flexible schedule and $24.00/hour pay, health and dental insurance, next-day pay, and paid training. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, 1+ year caregiving experience, a valid

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must pass all state-required background checks and meet ODDS requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willingness to obtain).

  • Male | 10 yrs | 97321
  • Schedule: family prefers to haveDSP work at least one weekend shift regularly. Preferably looking for DSPs interested in working between Thursday evening to Sunday evening
  • Likes: Cars, trains, animals,legos and building things, music, singing and going on walks
  • Needs: Client is working on being productive in the home, staying active and building life skills. Wants to participate in community activities. Is working on safety skills, communication and emotional regulation skills

  Client 2 (Albany):

  • Male | 11 yrs | 97321
  • Schedule: family prefers to haveDSP work at least one weekend shift regularly. Preferably looking for DSPs interested in working between Thursday evening to Sunday eveningLikes: Loves dogs, video games, going out to eat and having sensory needs met
  • Needs: Working on ADLs and IADLS. Wants to participate in more community activities
  Requirements
  • 18+ years old

  • Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
