Macon Resources, Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional for the 5am to 9am shift in Decatur, IL. You will support individuals with disabilities in daily living tasks, helping them gain independence and enjoy meaningful activities in the community.

Qualifications

• Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
• Will complete Direct Support Person training per state regulations (provided).
• Must be able to assist individuals with daily living tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in daily activities to gain freedom and independence.
• Help with mornings, including waking up and preparing breakfast.
• Participate in activities such as outdoor recreation and community engagement.
