Job summary

SAILS Washington is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Lacey, WA to provide person-centered support to participants, promote community integration, and maintain a safe, healthy living environment.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a valid driver’s license, and a background check. A Nurse Assistant Registered (NAR) training path is available at the employee’s expense; a $500 hiring bonus is offered after June 23, 2026, with installments after 90 days and 6 months.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum Driving Experience: Must have a valid in-state driver’s license and be able to provide current car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to program participants that meets their needs and promotes community integration.
• Maintains daily living tasks including personal hygiene, food preparation, house cleaning, shopping, and health monitoring.
