Job summary

Bancroft is hiring Direct Support Professionals for the Gloucester Program in Woolwich, NJ. The role is onsite, 2nd shift, 39 hours weekly, and involves empowering autistic and developmentally disabled individuals to develop life skills while supporting their independence.

The position requires compassion, teamwork, a willingness to learn, and a valid driver’s license. Weekend availability is expected; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

The current hiring range for this position is: $19.61-$20.00per hour. Plus additional incentives.

Qualifications
