Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for Streetsboro, OH. This on-site role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with shifts available on second shift.

We provide paid training including CPR, First Aid and Medication Administration, plus a benefits package for full-time staff and PTO. No experience is required as training is provided to start you on a rewarding healthcare path.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Personal, reliable vehicle to transport individuals served.
• Valid OH driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest's criteria.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to foster independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of life.
• Completing household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
