Job summary

Connections in Ohio is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Summit homes. You will help with daily living activities and develop skills for greater independence, under supportive supervision.

We offer weekly orientations and paid training, with competitive pay and benefits. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, part-time and full-time options, and opportunities for bonuses and promotions.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid Ohio Driver License (4 points or less)
• Reliable transportation and Auto Insurance

Responsibilities

• Help individuals reach personal goals and growth
• Transport to community outings (Zoo, movies, grocery store)
• Meal preparation
• Assist with household cleaning
• Attend medical appointments and pass medications
