Job summary

Bancroft's Direct Support Professionals empower autistic, intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals in our Woolwich, NJ program. This onsite, full-time DSP role supports residents with daily living skills and personalized plans of care.

You will work the 2nd shift (Wednesday-Friday 2pm-11pm and Saturday 11am-11pm) totaling 39 hours per week, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication with families, and community activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work well in teams and learn new skills.
• Willing and able to work weekends.
• Current driver's license in good standing.

The current hiring range for this position is

$19.61-$20.00 per hour. Plus additional incentives.

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.

Qualifications

We’re Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:
