Job summary
Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Fillmore and Lake Piru. The role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and an hourly rate of $21–$23, with evening, overnight, and weekend shifts for a full-time position.

Qualifications
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience.
- DSP Certificate Year 1 & Year 2 and CPI preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- First Aid/CPR preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
Responsibilities
- Outline and prepare daily routines for clients as written in IPP.
- Support residents' needs and goals by participating in IPP/ISP development.
- Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for clients.
- Assist clients with personal care and daily activities as needed.
- Prepare daily meals and assist with cleanup.
- Transport clients in company vans if necessary.
- Report incidents and communicate with administrators.
