Citizen Care Inc., a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with daily living in residential homes. The role includes personal care, medication administration, meals, and community activities.

Experience is not required. The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package and equal opportunity employment. EOE.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to commuting locations.
• Driver's license preferred where applicable.
• Ability to lift and transfer residents without restrictions.
• Act 34 and FBI clearances as applicable.

Mansioni

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living in a residential home setting.

Citizen Care Inc., a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., provides residential, day program, habilitation, supported employment opportunities and behavioral support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will be responsible for assisting individuals with their activities of daily living in a residential home setting. Duties include, but are not limited to assisting each person with:

• Helping people to realize their hopes and dreams
• Personal hygiene needs, including bathing and toileting
• Medical appointments
• Administering prescribed medications
• Meal preparation, cooking and following prescribed diet
• Household chores such as laundry, vacuuming and dusting
• Participating in community life such as shopping, leisure activities and visiting family and friends
• Providing supervision to assure safety and welfare
