Beacon Specialized Living in Wisconsin is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently and safely. You will support daily living skills, personal care, transportation, meals, and community activities in a respectful, home-like environment.
No experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and the LEAP program to grow into leadership roles.
