Sevita is hiring a dedicated caregiver in Westfield, IN to support individuals with developmental needs and participate in community activities. You will build real relationships with participants, act with ownership, and help them achieve personal goals in budgeting, fitness, and nutrition.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, reliability, and teamwork. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required, and full benefits are offered for full-time staff.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
