PrecisionHR is seeking Direct Support Professionals to service clients in Vadnais Heights, MN in a residential setting. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with 2:00pm–10:00pm shifts and rotating weekends.

Candidates provide daily living assistance and implement behavioral and communication programs. Responsibilities include supporting quality of life, independent living skills, and community activities, while maintaining a clean, healthy home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct care roles is welcome (CNA, HHA, PCA, DCW, etc).
• Must be reliable with attendance and care duties.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (toileting, eating, grooming, bathing, dressing).
• Support participation in community activities and socialization.
• Implement programs for communication, socialization, and behavior management.
• Maintain clean, healthy living environments in residential homes.
• Accompany participants to activities and monitor safety and well-being.

PrecisionHR is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to service clients within Vadnais Heights on a part-time and full-time basis. To be responsible for assisting individuals with their activities of daily living in a residential home setting.

SCHEDULE

• FullTime and Per Diem available
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm 10:00pm. Rotating, Monday through Friday and every other weekend.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life.
• Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization and behavior management.
• Assist with and teach independent living skills.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal selfcare such as toileting, eating, grooming, bathing and dressing.
• Accompany participants to various community activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of homes and ensures a healthy living environment for participants.

MUST BE RELIABLE & DEPENDABLE WITH BOTH THE CARE YOU PROVIDE AS WELL AS ATTENDANCE.
