Job summary

Sevita is hiring a caregiver to provide person-centered support in community-based services. You’ll assist individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and help them participate in preferred activities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Develop meaningful relationships and help participants pursue goals and activities.
• Support participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide compassionate, patient, and reliable care and document progress.
