As a caregiver, you’ll assist with personal care, help participants pursue activities, and support daily living goals in a community setting. Sevita offers competitive pay, benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services or direct care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants pursue daily living goals and community involvement.
