Job summary

Competitive salary ranging from $17.50 to $22.75 hourly with additional weekend and holiday differentials, as well as a sign-on bonus up to $3,500 for full-time hires. Full benefits include medical, dental, and retirement plans.

Salary: $17.50 – $22.75 hourly

Sign‑on bonus up to $3,500 for full‑time hires

Starting rate $17.50/hr with $2.50/hr weekend differential and $5.00/hr holiday differential when applicable

If you are certified as a Direct Support Professional, receive enhanced pay rates: DSP1 +$1.75/hr, DSP2 +$0.75/hr, DSP3 +$0.75/hr.

Job Description

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) ensure the health and safety of program participants by providing varying levels of personal care within a community home setting, including cooking, cleaning, transportation, community engagement, dispensing medications, supporting goals, and accurate documentation of care. The role supports participants in developing independent living skills, behavior strategies, self‑advocacy, and prepares them to become more independent in their homes and communities.
