Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care, ensuring that the needs of clients are met while maintaining their safety in both home and community settings.

You will work closely with clients and their families, follow safety protocols, and coordinate with supervisors. This part-time role is located in the Concord, NC area (28027) with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred).
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM–3:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Respite Hours

• Sunday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 6:00 PM–8:00 PM (during soccer season)
