Merakey is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Slippery Rock, PA, to provide compassionate, consistent care to individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs. The role includes helping with ADLs, personal care, and promoting independence in daily activities, with paid training available for all new hires.

Shifts run 10:30pm–7:00am with alternating weekends. Earn up to $18/hour, with Enhanced Pay available, and enjoy benefits like DailyPay and flexible scheduling.

Formación

• A verifiable high school diploma or GED is required.
• A current and valid driver's license is required.
• Age 18 or older.
• Related experience is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well‑being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
