Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Butler, PA to support individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. You will assist with ADLs, personal care, mobility, and community engagement, while promoting health and safety in daily routines.

No prior experience required – paid training is provided. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (2:30 pm–11:00 pm) and a path to growth within a respected non-profit organization.

• Must have a Valid Driver's License.

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support, transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs

Pay Rate: Earn up to $18.25/hour with election of Enhanced Pay option.
