Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving independence and improving their quality of life. You will provide hands‑on assistance, emotional support, and community engagement.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, supporting social participation, documenting progress, and following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or DSP role preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
