Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve independence and a higher quality of life. DSPs provide hands-on care, emotional support, and community engagement to promote dignity and daily living.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, supporting social activities, administering medication if certified, and maintaining accurate progress notes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous caregiving, healthcare, or DSP experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
