As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll play a vital role in supporting adults with autism in a residential home setting. Every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact by helping residents build independence, confidence, and life skills while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.

We're looking for team members who are:
Flexible in-person interviews are available Monday through Friday at our administrative office in Morganville.
NHIA provides extensive hands-on training to ensure every Direct Support Professional has the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to provide exceptional care and support. We invest in your success from day one.
High School Diploma, GED, or higher degree (diploma or transcripts required)
Must be at least 20 years of age
Valid, non-probationary New Jersey driver's license
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to interact professionally and respectfully with individuals with autism
Must successfully complete all pre-employment requirements, including:
Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
