Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Compensation starts at $17–$24 per hour with flexible hours, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.

DSPs must be compassionate, loyal and dependable, able to think and act proactively, and willing to support individuals who use nontraditional means of communication. Opportunities for career advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Staff need to be open-minded and come with a positive attitude
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid driving record
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States
