Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals who are caring, compassionate and dependable to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and support their daily living needs with respect and dignity. You will work as part of a team in a community-based setting, helping people achieve meaningful outcomes.

The position offers flexible hour shifts (day, evening, weekends) with starting pay of $17 to $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have valid driving record.
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities.
• Provide compassionate, respectful support and monitor wellbeing.
• Work as part of a team to implement care plans and ensure safety.
