Job summary

Sevita's Mentor Community Services team in Phoenix provides community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a caregiver, you will help participants with daily living, support personal goals, and encourage engagement in community activities.

Ideal candidates have at least a High School Diploma and are compassionate, patient, and reliable. Training and a structured support network help you grow while making a meaningful impact every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and compassionate approach are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition).
• Encourage participation in community activities and social engagement.
