Job summary

Lifesteps Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Direct Support Professional in the Kittanning area. The Residential Aide provides person-centered care, helping individuals live as independently as possible in home and community settings.

This role requires evening and overnight availability (3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am) and a commitment to respect and dignity in all interactions. Eligible candidates must be 18+, able to lift 200 lbs with assistance, hold a valid driver’s license/auto insurance, and obtain ACT

Qualifications

• 18 yrs. or older.
• Ability to lift 200 lbs. with assistance.
• Valid driver’s license/auto insurance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to individuals while treating them with respect and dignity.
• Help individuals learn to live and function as independently as possible.
• Work evening and overnight shifts (3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am).
