Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals for our Newtown Square program in Pennsylvania. No experience required; paid training provided.

You will support individuals with daily living activities, encourage independence, and follow an Individual Support Plan in a variety of settings, including parks and sensory gardens. The position offers a schedule Sunday through Thursday 4:00pm to 12:00am, and pays 16.75 per hour plus comprehensive benefits, retirement options, DailyPay, and learning

Position Details

Our ideal Direct Support Professional candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their consumer's lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals. By following the Individual Support Plan, you can enjoy your days at the park and sensory gardens, while working on social and communication skills. Enhancing independence by assisting with daily hygiene and personal care. Foster a true sense of pride in your individual, by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.

No experience required - we provide PAID training.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 4:00pm - 12:00am

Earn $16.75/hour.

• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
