The Center of Love and Hope is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide in-home and community-based support. You will work one-on-one with individuals in their homes, helping with daily living activities, community engagement, and personal goals.

Flexible, part-time hours and paid training/certification are offered. This role emphasizes building genuine relationships and supporting independence within a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check (FACIS/OIG).
• Previous caregiving or DSP experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.

THIS IS A 2:1 so there will need to always be 2 staff on shift.
