Job summary

Merakey in Alloway, New Jersey is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for weekend evenings to help individuals live more independently. You will join an extraordinary team, receive paid training, and work under the supervision of a House Manager to support daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (e.g., housekeeping, laundry) to foster residents’ independence.
• Support individuals in navigating their daily routines under supervision of the House Manager.
