Job summary

Pauline and Thomas Healthcare (PTHC) is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Murfreesboro, Tennessee to support individuals with disabilities and help them achieve independence and a high quality of life. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $16.00–$17.25.

Responsibilities include supporting two individuals with daily living and personal care, implementing PCSPs, administering medications with proper documentation, accompanying to medical appointments, and fostering meaningful

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.

P&T is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Murfreesboro, Tennessee to support and serve our individuals in leading them to be independent and have an amazing quality of life.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $16.00hr - $17.25hr

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Schedule:

• 1st shift: 7am - 3pm (working days vary)

Direct Support Professional Responsibilities:

• Responsible for only (2) two individuals
• Assist individuals with disabilities with their daily living and independence skills/personal care (may include grooming, bathing, feeding).
• ImplementPerson Centered Support Plans (PCSP)
• Administer medication(s) and complete appropriate documentation.
• Accompany person supported to medical appointments.
• Foster a meaningful relationship between the individuals and their community.

Direct Support Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma/GED
• I9 Identification (Social Security Card, Passport, etc.)
• Required to walk or stand regularly
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to crawl, kneel, climb, stop and squat
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
